It is famous as huge stone faith and a legendary mountain. Including a sword broken stone broken in right in two with a sword, there is much highlight including the waterfall of Nana Hisayoshi of drop 15m other than a huge stone having 云 us such as former stone, the interior of the womb stone.

tatuware mountain (I who stand) is a heap of 658.3m above sea level in Taga Mountains of Ibaraki (Abukuma Highlands). I say corner mountain with withered trees and plants, black Maeyama.
I called it a corner mountain with withered trees and plants (Mt. horn him) formerly. I came to call it with black Maeyama since Kurosaka life (kurosakano mikoto) that went to the front of conquest of the Ezo in about B.C. 80 got sick in this ground and died ("Hitachi country topographical record" the article of the Ibaraki county). It was the Edo era, and, to a rock in connection with a historical fact of Taro Yahata Yoshiie Minamotono, Prince Nishiyama Mitsukuni Tokugawa named "a sword broken stone" (he lets you stand and are broken and be). It is said that I came to call this mountain vertical Wariyama, Mt. Tatsuware from this name.
It was the climax of huge stone, mountain worship until Edo period. There is in front of black (kurosaki) Shinto shrine to assume Kurosaka life (kurosakanomikoto) an enshrined deity on the mountaintop.
It is said that this was broken right in the two when I swing down a sword granted to God who appeared in the dream in Oiwa when (the Kanji first year), Oshu expedition Taro Yahata Yoshiie Minamotono in the way prayed a Shinto shrine before black for the victory in 1080.
Sword broken stone (cave used as dwellings (reason and others)) these in the Mt. Tatsuware top and the people The の et al. have immovable stone other big curious stone and waterfalls and call sword broken stone, noh dance stone, former stone , Funaishi, interior of the womb stone, Tatamiishi (chair Tatamiishi), Eboshiishi and firmness waterfall (Nana Hisayoshi waterfall), sword waterfall, Taki Ryoma in total with Waterfall of three seven strange stones.
The stone which a slope slid down by a block as for the stone which had been carried by a mud flood, Eboshiishi, the bill stone as for the firmness stone among curious stones seen along the mountain trail in stone, Tatamiishi that a fall crushed than a collapse cliff and deposited. A sword broken stone, former stone, the noh dance stone are the spherical core stones which it is weathered, and granite was left on a small ups and downs side. A core stone opened the sword broken stone by the root of the tree more along a logic side, and one was inverted. Thing ... piece which broke that only part of former stone breaks is Funaishi. The noh dance stone opens on five or six slices of board-formed pieces. I can consider that an orificial degree advances in order of former stone → sword broken stone → noh dance stone. On the Mt. Tatsuware mountaintop, a big granite lump (called toa by the rock peak topography of the granite) is exposed to the back of the Shinto shrine main shrine before black, and it is thought that it was a rock seat of the huge stone faith of the cause cause. As for the interior of the womb stone, the base of the Koiwa peak (toa) in the monadnock north ridgeline of Mt. Tatsuware moved gravity along a collapse cliff of the great collapse of the southern aspect, and a distortion concentrated on a rock peak base, and a rock fell along a logic crack, and it was in a shallow cave.
